3 Ways You're Blocking Your Dreams
And what to try instead

If something has been on your “dream” list for years…but you haven’t made any meaningful progress beyond just thinking about it…
I hate to tell you this, but….you really don’t want it bad enough.
(Otherwise, you would have done it by now)
Don’t believe me?
I bet that you can think of something you’ve done in the past that some would think would be difficult or challenging….(ie, solo traveling around the world, moving countries, starting a new career, going to Burning Man, etc.)
But because you REALLY wanted to do it, you made it happen! (probably relatively quickly)
You somehow found the time/money/energy to prioritize making your vision come true. Right?
It’s because you truly wanted that dream. Fears, limitations, and excuses be damned!
I have heard over and over again from talented and driven clients who say they want to start their business, switch careers, get creative, or move toward their dream life…BUT STAY STUCK FOR YEARS!!!
But in reality, they hadn’t done anything besides overthinking themselves into perpetual planning mode or analysis paralysis.
Sound familiar?
Absolutely ZERO shame if this sounds like you.
I understand getting stuck spinning in a mental circle to the point of overwhelm…it’s exhausting and discouraging.
In fact, I ended up at burnout before I got super honest about my dreams.
BUT! There is hope because… shifting your perspective is something you have full control over.
Read below to learn some REFRAME EXERCISES to help you get unstuck and finally move towards your desired life.
After working with hundreds of clients, I’ve seen what’s possible when you get honest about your blocks and actively move to reframe them.
I’ve seen clients go from feeling confused, overwhelmed, and ready to give up on their vision…..to manifesting a life of alignment, joy and abundance beyond their wildest dreams.
Here are the 3 common blocks that stall progress and keep people stuck…and what to do about them!
